Clarity & Confidence Retreats
A safe to speak space where you can take time to think, reflect and plan.
Change Can Be Challenging
No matter how much you want something to change there is often that messy and uncomfortable part between where you are now and where you want to be. It can evoke all kinds of emotions thoughts, fears and doubts. Sometimes you might not even recognise that you are thinking or feeling anything but you do notice that things are not changing in a way that you want.
Add into the mix the sense you need help but don’t know what you need or who to ask, it can leave some feeling isolated and stuck. You become overwhelmed and frustrated with patterns that seem to keep repeating and it is easy at times like this to feel frustrated, alone and isolated. The irony is that you are probably brilliant at helping others.
That is when taking time to talk with the purpose of really listening to yourself, can provide you with the opportunity to hear and see your own thoughts outside of you, giving you a new perspective.
Quite often all we need to make change happen is to have clarity of what we want and confidence in our own process, and that can be achieved by giving yourself the space and time to reflect on what has worked, what is working and what could work better.
But that is much harder when you have forgotten how to listen to your own inner wisdom and ask yourself “What YOU would like to have happen?”
Clarity & Confidence retreats provide you with a new space away from your home and work with a small group of no more than 6 people.
Time to:
- Reflect
- Think
- Plan
You can expect to leave with:
- Clarity, focus and direction
- Confidence in your next best step
- Strategies to manage yourself, your time and the expectation of others.
Plus, a new network of peer support without peer pressure.
Typically we run these retreats 4 or 5 times a year from Sheryl’s home.

Don’t take our word for it. Here are what some of my clients have said about the one day retreats
Shirley Moreman
"I have a plan I truly believe in"
Clarity & Confidence Retreat was like what?
Most of the planning I’ve done previously has been very focused on setting goals, but the big difference for me was gaining an understanding of how I could make changes at a personal level which mean that I truly believe I can achieve these.
Gaining clarity about what those goals look like and visualising how my whole life would be (as opposed to just my business) was a key part of the process.
The openness and support from the other group members, alongside Sheryl’s guidance and different ways of looking at things, has meant that I now have a plan I truly believe in.
Clarity & Confidence Retreat was like what?
I attended a one day retreat to try and focus on my goals in my business and wasn’t sure one day could really make much difference.
Within the first hour, I had complete clarity of what was important to me and how I could incorporate those beliefs into my business, which then made my goals crystal clear.
I had a dream of moving abroad within the next 2 years and thanks to the clarity and confidence gained from this retreat, and the ongoing support from Sheryl, I achieved it in just 4 months!
The big bonus I wasn’t expecting was that my communication with others, especially my husband, improved dramatically too, giving me the clarity to say what I wanted and the confidence to make it happen.
I will be forever grateful. Thankyou Sheryl

WHO IS SHERYL ANDREWS?
A mum of a blended family five and four grandchildren and self employed working from home for almost 25 years; Sheryl is no stranger to being stretched between responsibilities.
On the outside she looked and sounded like she had it all together but inside she was falling apart. She had lost her sense of humour; spent a lot of time crying and feeling overwhelmed and frustrated because she was great at helping others but struggled to be able to help herself.
Partly that was because she worried that if she admitted she needed help that others would lose confidence in her and stop asking her to help them.
She struggled to ask family and friends because she felt guilty if they gave up their time and it didn’t help.
Then she hit rock bottom; divorce; death of her mum and the breakdown of her relationship with her daughter left her feeling isolated and stuck. That is when her husband said: “What would you tell your clients to do?”
The answer was: “Get a coach and develop greater confidence in her own way of working and establish who she already had and who she needed in her support network” That was in 2012, and that was the day she started to attend ‘Do, Delegate or Ditch Foundation course’ and with the help of her team, family and friends she developed a greater understanding of what she needed to work, learn and live at her best and why.
Today Sheryl spends her time helping others gain clarity of what they want, the confidence to ask for help to make it happen. By changing their understanding of themselves and training them to chat with the purpose of really listening to their own patterns and processes.
