Give yourself time to tune into your own inner wisdom and learn to trust yourself and what works for you. As the summer approaches in the Northern Hemisphere and Winter in the Southern Hemisphere it is a great time to reflect and consider if this time of year was just the way I would like it to be it would be like what? 

If you are sick and tired of feeling frustrated with yourself and or others then this programme provides the foundation blocks for you to learn to communicate and collaborate with self and others more effectively. 

When you know you are capable of so much more it can be soul destroying to find yourself stuck repeating old patterns that you know don't serve you.

It can be exhausting constantly making decisions, getting excited about what could be, only to find it doesn't quite turn out how you would have liked.

This repeated pattern can eventually leave us feeling like their is no point dreaming. 

There are 3 main reasons our dreams don't turn into reality:


Clarity

We lack clarity of the dream. It is still a fuzzy image and thought and so we don't truly understand what we want, why we want it and who we want it for and those things are the things that motivate us to keep going when it gets uncomfortable. When creating change or doing anything new and different  it will invariably be uncomfortable until it becomes familiar again.

Time 

Our time perceptions and expectations are often inaccurate so we can quickly give up if it doesn't happen quickly enough or panic if it feels like it is happening to fast. How you feel about and talk about time can and will impact your productivity and efficiency. Understanding your time story and learning to update it so that it is a story that serves you to do more of what you love is simple once you know how.   

 

Feedback  

When what we want doesn't fit into the model and plans of others it is easy to be put off. The feedback, opinions or even the needs of others can leave us stuck unable to know how we can have it and for everyone to be happy. In this programme you will start to become aware of how the feedback of others can and does impact action. And you will learn to:

  • how to ask for your needs to be met
  • give feedback when something someone else is doing doesn't work for you
  • Change the way you listen to and process opinions and feedback 
  • Be your very own cheerleader

 

You will learn 3 core skills: 

  • Listening without judgement to self and others
  • Ability to ask and be asked questions that stretch you to the edge of your current thinking 
  • Skills and time to process, assimilate and act on feedback. 

Whilst exploring your own process and model for@

  • Gaining clarity
  • Building confidence 
  • Managing and creating change

Right now you know there is more to life and even if you don't know what it is yet, you know what is happening now isn't enough and you want more. Even if you can't quite articulate what the more is, you know something has to change. 

This group coaching programme will show you how to ask yourself question to really stretch your thinking to give you a new perspective and clarity of what you want and the confidence to make it happen. 

With an effective feedback model you can re-build confidence in your ability to make a decision, plan it out and act on it. 

With effective peer support you can create cheerleaders that will believe in you and your vision whilst you build up the skill to beleive in yourself. 

Being stuck in indecision is crippling and heart breaking.

We cannot dream about the future, nor speak fondly of the past or be present in this moment when we feel stuck. 

We can be everywhere and no where all at the same time. And with every day that is like that, your dreams feels like it is slipping away and frustration can build up.

This programme will provide you with access to all the tools and resources you need to gain clarity and confidence in your ability to manage change and create it in your life. 

This programme includes:

  • Weekly group coaching calls for one calendar month
  • Clarity, Confidence and Change workbook
  • Weekly accountability 
  • Weekly planning tips and suggestions 
  • Facebook peer support group

There will be 10 group coaching sessions you can attend all ten live and I recommend a minimum of 3 live calls and a commitment to watch the recordings of at least 5. 

Generally, we meet Wed 8am and 1pm UK time - via zoom

Week 1 Set up

We will explore what we each need to work, learn and grow together on line, during the calls and in between. 
You will be introduced to questions, listening skills and feedback models that can ensure you maximise your time in the group. 

Week 2 - Clarity

This week we will focus on your vision for 2019, the next 90 days, 60 days and 7 days

I will explore different ways to represent our vision to engage our mind and keep us excited and focused on it 

Week 3 - Confidence 

We will look at what you need to have confidence in your plan and next steps. What has worked in the past and could work now to create the change you want. 

Week 4 - Change 

This week will be focused on noticing what is and has already changed and then creating a list of things that need to change and the plan to make that happen whilst being curious about what is happening when you are creating and managing change at your best. 

Week 5 - Celebrating 

This week we will reflect on what you have learned about and ensure you have every thing you need to do more of what you love and ditch the critic that says you can't. We will review what worked, what didn't and what needs to happen for it to work better in relation to: 

  • Listening skills
  • Questioning Techniques
  • Feedback 
  • Online group learning
  • Clarity 
  • Confidence 
  • Change
